چکیده
While multiple patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) for health-related quality of life exist patients with acne vulgaris, little is known about the validity development and measurement properties these PROMs. A systematic review was conducted following Consensus-based Standards selection health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) framework. Data were extracted on PROM (target population, domains measured, recall period, language, number items), COSMIN-based pilot study grading, content score (relevance, comprehensiveness, comprehensibility, overall), (structural validity, internal consistency, reliability, construct responsiveness, error, responsiveness). Quality evidence assigned each measure an overall recommendation rating based property scoring quality. We identified 47 relevant validation or studies pertaining to 10 acne-specific PROMs, 6 Dermatology-specific generic Acne-Q CompAQ received “A” recommendations, remaining acne-specific, dermatology-specific, general HRQoL PROM’s “B” recommendations. The found be validated a sufficient standard support measuring acne-associated life. AcneQoL ASIS could also considered if additional evaluation performed. However, important have not been studied, studied insufficiently all Further research needed better define properties, interpretability PROMs in acne.

متن کاملA review of patient-reported outcome measures to assess female infertility-related quality of life
BACKGROUND Infertility has a negative impact on quality of life (QoL) and well-being of affected individuals and couples. A variety of patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures to assess infertility-related QoL are available; however, there is a concern regarding potential issues with their development methodology, validation and use. This review aimed to i) identify PRO measures used in infertil...

متن کاملP41: Health-Related Quality of Life in Adults with Epilepsy: A Systematic Review
Considering the burden of epilepsy on society, investigation of the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) is essential for the better future targeting, optimization of current interventions and managing strategies for epilepsy. Nineteen HRQoL were investigated in this review. Increases in seizure incidence, level of depression and seizure severity were significantly related to reduced HRQoL. T...
